Rodney "Rod" is the maintenance supervisor.
He is very skilled in all kinds of home maintenance and repairs. Starting at a very early age with his father. He also attended an electrical apprentice program, heating, ventilataion, air conditioning and refrigeration (hvac/r) school. He is intrigued with the mechanicals of the way things work. His passion that grew fom his upbringing on a small farm, in which he continues today.
He enjoys farming, auto repair, house repair, family and traveling.
