You may: mail, fax, email, or drop it off to us, or use our ‘Drop Box’ located at the office.
(The Drop Box is located at the far right of the building, via mail slot)
However, if emailing please do NOT include your social security number,
As the internet server may not be secure.
You may call us and give us that information.
There are No application fees.
Please attach ‘Proof of Income’ (such as W-2, 1099, Social Security/Disability benefit letter,
VA benefit letter, income tax return, or proof of funds in bank account.)
All Move in Fees/Down payment must be in the form of; cash, cashiers check or certified check.

To: Potential Tenant(s):
If you are interested in a rental property, please return the completed application.
Move in Fees may consist of; first months rent, security deposit, any pet fees, propane tank filled (if applic.), utility deposits (city water/sewer), etc.
To: Potential Land Contract purchaser(s):
If you would like to purchase a property on a Land Contract, please return the completed application.
If terms are accepted we will schedule a closing.
